Shipping policy

Any delays due to high volume orders or carrier delivery service problems, are outside of our control. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We know you'll want to start enjoying your Elegance Is Key Home Collection purchases as soon as possible, so we offer free economy shipping on purchases. If you need it sooner, other shipping options are available; additional charges will apply. Of course, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase, but if you’re not happy, you have 7 days to return most purchases. Items that are altered, damaged, exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume, custom products and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned. 

Parcel Delivery

All items are shipped by parcel delivery service to your doorstep. These items are shipped as soon as they are available and may arrive separately. We are not liable for any stolen/missing items, any undelivered items with delivery or tracking information sent, any undeliverable items due to incorrect address entered. Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout and delivered by our carrier selection UPS or USPS. Items that ship Free economy shipping arrive in 5-10 business days. Overnight delivery is not available.

Standard Delivery

Items that ship Standard delivery arrive in 3-7 business days. Standard shipping rates are based on the total merchandise value Standard delivery shipping rates $14.95 - $24.95.

Express Delivery

Items that ship Express delivery we can ship orders received by noon CT (Mon.-Fri.) to arrive in 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) rates are based on total merchandise value Express delivery shipping rates $42.95 - $54.95. 

Gift Card Shipping 

Gift cards ship free of charge via Standard delivery 5-10 business days. Expedited delivery 2-3 days within the US is available for $9.99 per gift card order by contacting Customer Experience. Gift cards over $500.00 will require a signature for delivery.
